Sunhokey LCD stand

I guess one thing that owners of the 'Hokey can all agree on is that the default LCD controller (RepRapDiscount clone) mounting is just atrocious.

I quickly whipped up two skeletal frames that allows the LCD to stand on a table. A simple no-frills design that's suitable as one of the first few prints of your new printer.

It's bare bones for now, but I'll build on it and add more features like proper cover panels and such if anyone's interested
