8 AA Battery Pack box version 5

UPDATE MAY 9th 2016: Updated the base with lowered battery holders, the battery didn't fit...

My second design for a 8 AA battery pack.

My Arduino project needs a 12V battery pack to source my Arduino and a LED-strip, so I created this battery pack box. The AA cells are inserted alternately in series. The ends are exposed through the cover and can power the project. The pack can be mounted via the base. The cover clicks in place and covers the whole pack. The base contains two spaces for the wires on both sides.
