8-BIT GAMING Commodore 64 Coaster

A great coaster for every retro gaming and old computers fan! Easy to print in color on printers with or without ACE / AMS. Due to four different top-layer heights it has this truly „pixelized” 3D look, with a stable finish layer for every drink size. Download, print it and have a good time with it! :)   How to print this model. Model was designed for 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. It will greatly benefit from 0.2 or 0.3mm nozzle due to keyboard details but it’s not necessary to get result as on pictures. Version 1 – Full 3D model, standard file. Start with black filament. At layer 12 change it manually or trough AMS to accent color. Can be any color you like. At layer 15 change it to silver/grey. At layer 18 change it to white and continue till the end. This way you get the essence of this design – uneven square pixel-like layer. You may download my print profile for Prusa MINI, change printer to yours and carry on. Pauses for filament change are already included. If you go for AMS, replace pauses with filament change. You may color it instead, but it’s not the same ;) Version 2 – For ACE / AMS only. Flat model with (according to my Fusion) over 400 faces to color! Really, if you have 20 AMS units it still will be not enough. You can paint any keyboard button side with different color if you like :) Due to very small keyboard parts footprints I don’t recommend turning it upside down. I don’t know if such a tiny parts can stick to plate properly. Try it, but don’t blame me for bad design ;) I uploaded clean, flat STL ready to be colored in Bambu Studio. I have Bambu Lab print profile with color design as on last picture ready. I can send it to first person willing to test it and upload it. Test it and upload it.
