Reconstructed version of the Dellorto VHSB 37 manifold for the 1989 Cagiva WMX 125. Mating surfaces are dimensioned and positioned according to a 3d-scan of my own original intake.

The file without the pressure plate cutout is not appropriate for use by itself (when 3d-printed). The files contain a version trimmed to fit a pressure plate. I recommend having said plate cut from sheet metal (alu or ss), services like jlccnc can be helpful with that. Alternatively, there may be reinforced filaments resistant enough to serve the same purpose. The plate is dimensioned for a 4 mm thickness.

Since TPU is generally stiffer than the rubber used on the originals, the carburator opening has been enlarged by 0.5 mm on the 'print'-version. I personally did a test-fit without this change and it was way too tight, but it should be better now.

Note: TPU is generally considered resistant to gas, but it may still swell or soften over time. Heat should not be an issue when used with a reed cage + gask
