60mm Fan to 40mm Nema 17 motor mount (with exhaust)

This is a remix combining the original 60mm Fan Mount for 40mm Motor (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:277939) and the original NEMA 17 40mm fan mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:259718). I loved both designs and felt they went well together.
