Model Railway Modern Depot 16000 Litre Water Tank

The money I raise helps fund trips to look for new items to design and share, which this is one of them. I recently had a trip to Penzance to look at Long Rock Depot, and this is where this item first came to mind as an addition to my collection. I also spotted a water tank at the back of Exeter Train Care Depot and that’s what this design is roughly modelled on. Modern depots need water tanks for cleaning trains to filling internal water tanks on the train. This item is ideal for anyone modelling a modern depot. This tank is a medium sized water tank from what I have seen and would hold about 16,000 litres of water. It is modelled in OO scale and has been designed to be printed on a Resin or FDM printer, except the access ladder that I would recommend printing on a resin printer. In OO scale this model is roughly 60mm long, 30mm wide and 35mm high.
