Taillight adapter for Catrike

I have a Catrike Expedition (Three wheeled bicycle). The 'seat stays' on it are at a different angle to normal bicycles and taillights designed to mount on normal bicycle seat stays or seat posts end up pointing up in the air.

This adapter sits between the tail light and the frame and makes the light shine at a slight upward angle (the trike is very low to the ground).
