Printrbot Bowden Setup

I'm using Jon's Y axis upgrade so I made this to fit it specifically. It should still fit on the original 1405 because the mounting screws should be in the same place, but i'm not 100% sure the end stop trigger will be it with the original setup.

I'm using a fake cheap Chinese E3D v6 which is why I needed the nut and spacer.
