Filament Spool Holder for Lulzbot AO-101

When mounting a filament spool to the Lulzbot, the filament can fall off the bottom forks due to the spool being mounted at an angle and get caught up behind the spool. This spool with modified forks addresses that problem, and also provides a modified mount for your filament tube to keep the filament feed from getting caught on the "teeth".
