Mk7 Fan Duct with Auto Level Servo Slot

I've taken the Mk7 Fan duct and merged it with the auto level servo bracket. This reduces space and allows the auto level probe to be closer to the hot end while also allowing additional cooling.

This design is specifically for the Folger Tech Prusa I3.
