Improvements for bq Prusa i3 Hephestos

Here are a few of my self-made improvements. The new top and bottom parts increase stability of the z-axis and eliminate print issues regarding z-axis wobble. Additional threaded rods M8, originial parts are yellow and black, updated parts are grey and silver.
