E3D V6 lite6 Mount for direct drive extruder included with Folgertech Prusa I3 kit

I designed a mount for the E3D V6lite hot end, that will allow it to mount to the stock direct drive extruder that ships with the Folgertech Prusa i3 kit.

Will need
2 m3 x 25mm screws
2 m3 x 16mm screws
2 m3 nuts
4 m3 washers
