Indian Mutiny British

When the Sepoy's mutinied in 1857, there were roughly 45,000 british-born officers and men in the subcontinent. These were reinforced with troops from Britan, and redirected troops currently in Crimea or en-route to China. After british forces were organized into field armies, they struck back at the mutineers, who had gathered around the last Muhgal Emperor Bahadur Shah II. Sculptor: Thieu Duong
