Speedplay Cleat Adapter Plate

Cleat adapter for speedplay pedals to mate with three-hole pattern cycling shoes with curved soles (fits my Diadora sprinters). Has slots for 8-32 nuts to screw the cleats to, but also works with heat stake threaded inserts.
