margin= extra space in the nut-compartment and the thread hole..

HandleThick = thickness of the handle in mm
handleDiam = diameter of the knob in mm
SpacerHeight = height of the spacer
WallThick = wall thickness around the nut

doThreadHole = if true a hole will go through the whole thing
nutAtBottom = false means at the top top the spacer
