SmartrapCore 1.0 lowered fan/hotend/Zsensor support

Nothing much, only a lowered version of the fan/hotend/Zsensor support for the SmartrapCore 1.01, which allows to use the big nuts provided with the induction sensor.

It's also a good support to add my printing zone cooling fanduct (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:825533).

Update (07/31/2015) : I've added a 0.6 version with two modifications :
- ring shape has been improved for easier printing ;
- height lowered to fit the new type of Z induction sensor delivered with SmartrapCores.
