Tiny Octoprint Monitor

This is a case for a tiny SainSmart 1.3" OLED screen (http://www.amazon.co.uk/SainSmart-Serial-128X64-Module-Arduino/dp/B00MQL08R6). To use this you'll need the display, and arduino, a computer to run the control software on and a running OctoPrint server controlling your printer.
