I designed it with velcro slots to hang under quadcopter using velcro or zip-ties. Also has a slot for velcro to lock in the open end as well.
It could also be used on top of a big enough quad to better secure the battery if you have the room.
Although I designed it to be as light as possible, Once the battery is in the cradle, it reenforces it's design for a snug strong unit.
No special instructions needed.
