I've seen many, they were all fixed or required screws.
This is meant for regular bearings (the common skateboard ones)
the sleeves should be printed in flexible material, not only for grip, but so that you'd be able to fit them through, UNLESS you resize them to be the same width as the bearing (original files are wider)
