E3D v5 hotend mount with 40mm fan for K8200 / 3Drag

I hate 30 mm fans, they are noisy and harder to find in local stores. I tried a 40mm to 30mm fan adapter, but it reduced the airflow too much, so I designed this. This hotend mount can be mounted directly on the printer without having to disassemble the extruder. It does only need 2x 20 mm M3 screws for the mount itself, and 4x M4 screws for the fan.
