Linear bearing system for 1" aluminium extrusion

This design is a adjustable friction slide for 1" extrusion commonly sold in america. The stuff is cheap, like $9 for a 2ft length from Mc Master-Carr. The series is called 1010. You also need some 3M Mounting tape and M3 socket head screws. I designed them for a new RoStock build using ANSI parts..... I prefer metric but sometimes they don't carry as large a supply here in the states.
