iPhone 5S adapter for Microscope

Still requires a hand to hold it from rotating - need to add a piece to prevent rotation.
Designed to fit around my silicone gel type case - naked iPhone 5/5s will fit, but need some shims to line up the camera.
Printed (ABS) as two pieces to minimize support material - need to modify it to reduce more support.
"glued" together with acetone.
Manually line up the depth of the camera plane to the best level by sliding the piece up and down the eyepiece.
