This little tool is a replacement for the typical iron S-Shaped rod, which is used in the kitchen to hold things in a iron/aluminium/... bar.

Just put the part with the rounded ball, the hook with a "ball" (The narrow one) in to the iron bar, and then use the wide hook to hold things.
