"Slightly inspired" by dambit's nice GoPro mount design.
Differences:
* in dambit's version the angle is closer to maybe 10-15 degrees, my version is 20 degrees.
* in this version the zip tie path is centered so that if foam is used between the mount and the quad frame, the mount should remain level. In dambit's version, the zip tie path is in the front of the mount, so the mount will tilt forwards when tightening the zip tie.
* the space for the camera is slightly more spacious,
