Fixed Flower Pot with Dish

This is a fixed version of into3D's flower pot. I fixed it so that it's
manifold, and I strengthened the bottom which was paper thin in the
original. I also added a simple dish to go with it and scaled it to fit on
smaller printers (it should scale well if you want a different size.)
