Extruder mount for i3 mk7 direct drive.

The "Printrbot Direct-Drive Extruder - i3 compatible, 1.75/3mm filament, mk7/8" http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:493768 Did not wirk with the mk7 3mm on i3, it miss aligned. And since there was no openscad of it I made one my self.

30mm and 24mm mounting. Edit scad file to change to M4 or M3 size screw.
