Blood Antibody exercise

This is intended to be a set of manipulatives to help students understand A/B blood typing, and antigen/antibody pairings. Students struggle with these concepts, most likely due to terminology problems. Giving them a concrete example of "Anti-A" will help them realize that doesn't mean "B."
