Downspout Diverter v2 w/Side outlet

This is a revision to the Downspout Diverter. Includes a knob instead of a lever and a more robust hing pin. What I found in Wisconsin winters is that the first part to degrade is the hinge pin. Also I split this up into components that can be printed without support material. There is a little trim work in the holes for the hinge pin to get a smooth fit but nothing a dremel wont fix.
