HTC EVO tripod quick mount

Based on samkass' Customizable Phone Tripod Mount (linked in the "Derived from" entry).

I added a platform to help lock it to the quickmount fixture, and the arm customzed to the HTC EVO 4G.

Slide your HTC EVO 4G in from the side (without a case). It's nice and snug, and stops at the volume buttons.
