Remix of mini water tap turbine

Improved strength of the turbine blades. One broke when i printed the original one as I flexed it while cleaning it.

The original cover didn't fit to the housing as the inlet part was too long and interfered with the outside of the housing.

Have also put a boss on the cover so that the rotor is held in place better.
