RAMPS Bracket for mendel.

This is a clip-on bracket to mount a RAMPS board on top of a sells mendel. It clips on over the top of the Z-axis leadscrew so it won't work on a prusa. It uses the same clip dimensions as My Fan Bracket (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8329)
