RigidBot Idler Bearing Upgrade

The v1.0 plates will probably require a 1/8" or 3mm spacer and a longer screw. The v1.3 should work with the openbuilds screw and has been trimmed down to allow the full range of motion on the y-axis (assuming the y-axis plate is oriented correctly).
