Motor Coupling for short shaft with flat

There are many good motor couplings on here. I just couldn't find the one I wanted, so I made some.
1.0" long total, by, .8" Dia

This design is NOT good for high torque at high speed.
These are the shaft sizes I used: 3/8's, 6mm, 1/2" and 1/4"
request another size in a comment and I can have it up in a few days.
