Rhombitruncated Icosidodecahedron with 42 tunnels

This is an example of a regular faced polyhedron that Bonnie Stewart described in his book "Adventures Among the Toroids." This is the outside structure of the Holey Monster (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:838363). The tunnels thought the square faces are zig-zag tunnels. You can not see directly through them. This is topologically a genus 41 torus.
