XY Calibration Cross (130mm; suitable for small vernier caliper)

I wanted a basic XY calibration piece that would use the full extents of my small Mitutoyo vernier caliper (which opens up to about 134mm maximum), and not use much filament. The Z height of the piece is ideal for getting past the dimensional error of the first few layers you get when your first layer height is too small (so the following few layers come out slightly bigger due to the backpressure that has built up in the nozzle).
