MakerFarm i3v Z rod support Remix with Extruder Wire Holder

This adds a hook for keeping the extruder wire harness from hitting the the threaded rod. I used Printbus's modification of Kkessler's original version as the starting point for this design. I added some holes for attaching a wire tie if you want.

If you print something really tall, you might have a problem with the wire hitting the extruder especially if you wire tie it in place.
