Vortex FrSky Naked D4R-II Mount

I used [Earthworm's](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:811825) great D4R-II mount, but added a little to the bottom and holes for Zip-ties. Its made to mount on the receiver tray for the ImmersionRC Vortex.

With this box you need to take the cardboard case off of the D4R


V2 Bottom just has larger Zip-Tie openings.
