Ultimaker banana belt tensioner (vibrovirii's tensbanana remixed)

I remixed the very good vibrovirii's tensbanana to improve two things :

- The fixation of the tensioning screw by adding a space for a nut in the case
- Change the gradient of the banana to not twist the belt
