Rep 2x Extruder Arm Upgrade

This is a remix of rmcniff http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:222667 extruder arm upgrade. This thing gives you the ability to use the m4 shoulder screws for the bearing instead of the m4 flat head or the printed peg version. You can use the original cover piece provided by the thing linked above. Note: you may need to drill out the bearing through hole in the cover piece to fit the shoulder screw through.
