Z-axis constraint.
(1) To attache the SS bar to it, you need to print "rod-clamp.stl", which is hosted on https://github.com/prusajr/PrusaMendel/blob/master/metric-prusa-lm8uu/rod-clamp.stl
(2) Need bearing to guide the 8mm screw rod.
(3) Use two 8mm in dia nuts to tight it.
