Lid for Thundersky/Winston LFP-100AHA Lithium cell

When storing spare Lithium cells, you want them to be guarded against short circuits. This lid was a quick design for a 100Ah LFP-100AHA used in my CityEL, but should also fit several other cell models from the same and other sources measuring 143x68mm.
