Bag clip - parametric

I've added two prongs to the end of the main body of the clip so that you can squeeze them together and it allows for easy release of the clip.

Problem with printing in PLA is that this often snaps so it definitely a ABS only at the moment. Need to figure out how to stop the snapping.
