Bulldog XL Extruder mount for Prusa i3 (allows for use of fan supplied by RepRapDiscount)

This is a work in progress.

Needs;
New Servo mount. Servo holder needs to drop down around 15mm)
2nd screw hole for PLA fan supplied with original thing,

This thing is modified so that you can use the fan that comes with the Bulldog XL Extruder.

Left groove open in back of mount so that it would be easy to allow for filing to fit the mounting plate.

Might need additional support but seems pretty sturdy as is.
