Big flashlight holder - mounts to 1-1/2" OD pipe

I designed this to hold my big police flashlight. My shelving units have 1.5 inch outside diameter (OD) support pipes/tubes/whatever you wanna call them. I've lived my whole life with things like flashlights just kickin around without a designated spot. Those days are over.
