Da Vinci 1.0 Bowden drive + E3D v6 Conversion

This mod reuses all the stock parts and is fully reversible. The extruder motor is moved/mounted to the frame and the stock carriage is used to mount the E3D v6 hotend. You'll need to add the appropriate lengths M3 screws, nuts and one quick disconnect coupler. I will try and document the install process, but feel free ask me any questions in the mean time.
