Cherry Pi IIIs V-wheel rod carrier with alternative belt fixings

This rod carrier is derived from the excellent design by maso27, but using a different method of belt fastening. I could never get the original 'folded belt and wedge' method to work properly, possibly due to my poor manufacture!
This design uses the common technique of wrapping the belt round a post and securing it with a small cable tie.
At the time of posting this design I had only used it in anger for a short while, so I am unsure about the durability of the posts - the current size w
