L3K Extruder, LEONOZZLE V1 compatible version. (3mm)

This a customized version of the wade L3k extruder for the leonozzle V1.

I wanted to try the L3K extruder but I couldn't because my nozzle just didn't fit in.

I hope this version helps.
Changes:
- Absolute change in the holding (If you don't have a Leonozzle V1 DON'T PRINT)
- Removed the holder for the front fan.
-Stretched a bit the idler nut place since it seemed a bit to thing.

-Everything else keeps the same (it's a really good extruder)
