Adapter to Mount an IKEA Arm Lamp to a Monitor Stand

This part replaces the grommet on top of a "Mount It!" brand monitor stand, allowing you to mount an IKEA Tertial arm lamp (or similar lamp) at the top of the monitor stand.

I am using this along with my [Logitech C270 webcam bracket](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:837519). It allows me to position the webcam just about anywhere around my desk.

The adapter prints upside-down, because the top is wider than the bottom.
