Base for 3rd Hand soldering stand

Wasn't entirely happy with the stability of this inexpensive 3rd hand soldering stand I purchased http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00J5RCXS6/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 so I created a base for it. Slips on over the top and helps stabilize it a bit, and I added some 8mm holes to hold some soldering tips, because hey, why not. lots of surface space left if you wanted to add other things.
