Simple Metal Z-Axis Spool Holder Height Extension

I needed my spool holder to be higher up on the Z-Axis rods due to the installation of a cable chain for the Y-Axis, so I designed this quick and simple height extension. This gives approximately 3.4 cm in height gain. Can be used with just about every Z-Axis mounting spool holder. The fitment of the extension to the holder is very tight.
